After some 8 years of being a whitelist-only server, as of today there is no longer a whitelist on the EpicQuestz server. It is public, and anyone can join and start building!
To coincide with our public release, Gelek has built an entirely new spawn for new and old players alike, and Tobberz has filled rooms inside spawn with useful info for players.
To fund the server, we have also set up donations. You can see more by typing /buy in-game, or by heading directly to epicquestz.buycraft.net. Any assistance is much appreciated, and you’ll get in-game rewards and perks if you do so. All donations go straight to the server, and if we get more than we need each month it’ll go into reserves for months in which less is donated.
If you have any questions, be sure to ask on the forums or head to our Discord server. We look forward to seeing you online!
We have added Bedrock Edition (.mcworld) downloads to the four main maps on our Downloads page, to go along with our current Java Edition (.zip) downloads.
Thanks to Discord user and EpicQuestz fan wiredawgy#1680 for converting these worlds, it really opens up a whole new audience to our maps.
For those who don’t know, Bedrock Edition encompasses the versions of Minecraft that include what used to be known as ‘Pocket Edition’, along with the Console and Windows 10 specific versions. Since the Better Together update, these have been united under one roof, and renamed simply to ‘Minecraft’, with the original game renamed to ‘Java Edition’. As such, it seems Bedrock is being nurtured as the future of Minecraft.
If you have any questions about these new downloads, or need support in terms of the Bedrock Edition of these maps, feel free to bring them up on this thread.
Our new website is now officially live. We have completed all the setup necessary to finalize our transition from Enjin to a more flexible and professional platform.
Whilst there is still a little behind-the-scenes work to be done, we thought it best to open up this website to the public & build team, so you can get to know it and give your opinions. Feedback is encouraged, and we are open to making any changes and improvements to the forums and website.
Thank you to all who helped bring this new venture to fruition. You can be assured that EpicQuestz has greater things to come!
